Here is a start-the-day juice with a vengeance. Make sure you choose the ripest-possible tomatoes, as that’s when they’re at their most nutritious. 4 medium tomatoes

30g or loz fresh root ginger 2 celery sticks, with leaves

1 small sweet potato, unpeeled

2 tsp kelp powder

1 Wash the first four ingredients and put them through a juicer.

2 Mix the juice well.

3 Stir in the kelp powder.
