The drink can help produce an alkaline-ash effect and is filled with an abundance of beneficial phytonutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Yeast flourishes in an acidic environment, so by making the body slightly alkaline, the yeast dies off. Nutritionists frequently advocate that having a slightly alkaline body is healthier.
